I requested simple transaction, and it was handled unprofessionally. 1. It took forever. 2. Cash withdrawal request was processed as personal loan request. 3. I ended up paying 5% interested that accrued on loan account that was incorrectly opened. The person who helped correcting all this mess was very nice. But the other agent who handled my original request was very unprofessional.
