I initially relied on my mother’s account of the disrespect she experienced from this office, but after speaking with them myself, I was shocked. The workers I spoke to on the phone were extremely hostile, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional. The feeling of disgust and disbelief I felt during the call was palpable. No customer — especially one who has been loyal for years — should be spoken to or treated with such hostility and lack of basic respect. All of this stemmed from my attempt to resolve a claim that had no inspection, no adjuster, and no payout — a dead claim that should have been easy to clarify.
